SHIPPING INFORMATION

All prices include the product and the packaging to ship it. All Ship-ping cost are FedEx Priority Overnight Cost and are calculated based on the addressed we are shipping to. We ship cooked product that has been quick frozen. We use special gel packs (re-useable) and a special cooler or foam cooler to keep product frozen. We can only ship over-night for the safety of the product.
We ship Monday and Wednesday ONLY! Orders taken Monday, Tues-day, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on the following Monday or Wednesday to arrive the day after it is shipped. FedEx frocking is available for your convenience and an email will be sent once the package has shipped and then when it has been re-ceived. We ship FedEx overnight, “No Signature Required” no please be available to receive the package or the product might spoil. In any event we will not be responsible if no one is available to receive it.

PRODUCT HANDLING

Once the package is received open it up immediately and put all the contents in the freezer until ready to serve.
30 minutes prior to serving take product out of freezer and leave out to thaw
Unwrap the product and lay flat on a cookie sheet Place in 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes (ovens vary no watch carefully) until heated to 160 degree internal temperature Take out of oven and let sit for 3 minutes and it is ready to serve, Enjoy!
