Albert Perez aka “Big Al” and his family started making empanadas in 1984 in their home kitchen. The recipes and ingredients have stayed the same. What was a local traditional food eaten mostly by Latino families, in and around our hometown of Tampa, Fl. has turned into mainstream food that is popular all over the World. Our empanadas bring you flavors that appeal to all palates. Big Al is still passionate about his empanadas and The Perez Family is proud to bring you what we think will be a culinary treat.
